JAWS and NVDA are the most popular screen readers for Windows computers. JAWS has historically been the more popular screen reader of the two, though NVDA did briefly overtake JAWS in popularity a few years back. Both are excellent screen readers, and they each have their own advantages. JAWS has more robust math support, including Nemeth to print conversion (both NVDA and JAWS support print to Nemeth conversion). NVDA is free, which makes it easy to access and install on as many devices as desired.
